This is done through forms on our website, via hard copy documents, by email and telephone. Please note sometimes calls may be recorded. We use data collected from you to carry out our obligations under any contract entered into between you and us. We maintain appropriate anti-virus and firewall software to reduce the risk of unauthorised access. Where data is stored in hard copy format, we ensure this information is kept locked away safely.

You also have the right to: be informed; update/rectify; erase; object; transfer; withdraw consent; or, stop us from processing your personal data. How long we keep your data for

We keep your data only for as long as is required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. This includes for the purposes of satisfying legal and accounting requirements. If we provide any paid services to you then we are required under UK tax law to keep information for a minimum of 6 years. Any information we collect from you with regards to marketing purposes will be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
